All prices listed on IslandGiftCards.net are in Cayman Islands Dollars (KYD). If your card is denominated in a different currency, your card provider may apply foreign exchange fees, and the equivalent amount will be reflected on your billing statement. -
Billing Errors:
In the event of any discrepancies or billing errors, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your billing statement. We will work with you to resolve any issues promptly. -

Delivery Policy
At Island Gift Cards, we ensure fast and reliable delivery of all digital products. Please review the delivery process outlined below:

All digital gift cards are delivered via email or SMS to the recipient immediately after the payment has been successfully processed. Delivery typically occurs within a few minutes, but in rare instances, it may take up to one hour due to technical delays. -
Delivery Confirmation:
Once the gift card has been sent to the recipient, the purchaser will receive a delivery confirmation email. This will include a summary of the order and instructions on how the gift card can be redeemed. -
Incorrect Delivery Information:
Please ensure that the recipient’s email address or phone number is entered correctly when completing your purchase. Island Gift Cards cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or inaccurate recipient information. However, if incorrect information was provided, please contact us immediately at support@islandgiftcards.net, and we will assist in rectifying the situation. -
Undelivered Gift Cards:
In the unlikely event that the gift card is not delivered within one hour of purchase, check your spam or junk folders. If you are still unable to locate the gift card, please contact our customer support team for assistance. -
International Delivery:
Digital gift cards are available for purchase worldwide, but please note that they can only be redeemed at participating merchants in the Cayman Islands.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Island Gift Cards, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent shopping experience. However, due to the nature of digital gift cards, specific policies apply to refunds and cancellations:

Refunds:
All sales of gift cards and gift vouchers are final. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded once they have been issued, unless required by local law. We encourage customers to verify all details before finalizing their purchase. -
Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours of making the purchase by contacting our customer support team at support@islandgiftcards.net. While no refunds will be provided, we may offer you the option to exchange the gift card for a different product of equivalent value, provided that the gift card has not been redeemed. -
Redeemed Products:
Once a gift card or voucher has been redeemed or partially used, it can no longer be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged. We strongly advise customers to ensure the accuracy of all order details before completing a transaction. -
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards:
We are unable to offer refunds for lost, or stolen gift cards if these have been redeemed. Please contact support@islandgiftcards.net to purchased gift card details to the recipient specified in your purchase. Any lost or stolen gift cards will be considered the responsibility of the purchaser. -
Exchange Options:
Should a customer wish to exchange an unredeemed gift card for a different product, they may contact our support team within the 24-hour window. Exchanges will only be granted if the gift card remains unused and the request is made within the designated time frame.
